ABOUT PERTH PROPERTY INSPECTIONS
Perth Property Inspections is owned and managed by Steve Miller, a third generation builder who has worked in the building industry for over 25 years. Steve is a registered builder with the WA Building Commission.
Prior to starting Perth Property Inspections Steve had been involved as a director of Imperial Homes Qld Pty Ltd a multi award winning building company. In 2007 Imperial Homes Qld won the H.I.A. Australian Professional Small to Medium Builder of the year. During his time in Imperial Homes Qld, Steve was involved with the construction of more than 250 houses giving Steve an invaluable insight into the construction of a house from grading a block to the correct levels to completing the home and handing over the keys to the new owners.
Perth Property Inspections provides Pre Purchase Building Inspection services to all Perth and surrounding areas.
